does not smell like lavender
I bought Lavender Fields because I love lavender, and I also love the fragrances in Blue Flame candles I have purchased before (which I smelled before buying them.) However...I DID NOT LIKE THIS ONE..!! (which I bought without smelling first.) To me, it does not smell at all like lavender. It smells(to me) like soap...sort of like Dove dish washing liquid!! I'm sorry...!! I in no way mean to berate the product, or the company, as I love Blue Flame candles, There is nothing wrong with the product, it's just that the scent does not appeal to me. I guess with scent, you have to try before buying.I gave it to someone who liked the smell, so it was not wasted (perhaps a new future customer.
